Steganos Secure FileSharing 6 creates a secure "media safe" for files downloaded through popular file-sharing programs, such as Kazaa, Morpheus, and iMesh. Upon installation, it transfers already-downloaded files to the safe, where they are protected by 128-bit AES encryption. It automatically checks the selected password and warns if an unsafe password is selected. No downloaded files are left unencrypted even if the system crashes. It will optionally delete traces of file swapping after each session.
